Golden Bowl - Elyria

Orange chicken ordered was so old and tough you couldn't eat it. Also raw pork in fried rice and egg roll that was also old and only cabbage. Had to throw it all away. We won't be back. Also they were rude and said it was fresh.

We had lunch here on a Sunday and ordered the combination platters. Both dishes were outstanding. The portions were generous, the staff was very friendly, and our food was served hot and fresh.

This is a take out place only, definitely well worth it.

I spent nearly $90 on a garlic chicken combo but ended up with the wrong food. I called to let them know we were coming back to pick up the garlic chicken since we live 25 minutes away, and they said that was fine. However, when we arrived, they acted as if they had no idea what we were referring to and insisted that our order was correct. When we mentioned the exact order we had placed and paid for, they suddenly changed their attitude. They wanted us to wait for the correct order, but we decided that from now on, we would just go to 1 Kitchen instead. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with our order.

I placed a DoorDash order with this restaurant and forgot to request extra items. I called them to ask if they could add extra sauce to my bag, but they said the manager would need to call me back. The manager eventually did, but she was very rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping me with my issue. Even after explaining my request, she still didn’t understand what I was talking about.
