Contribuiți la feedbackA young lady who worked, made the load restless from screaming and killing the mood, a worker I had found out was cole, made me and my friends feel very comfortable and brought up the energy and made the experience much more pleasant.
Only location I had several problems with consistent. ordered steak burrito with different beats (bäck, no bohnen.) chickens with beans, and literally every topping except what I clicked. the exact opposite of the original order, and everything was food I cannot eat. will no longer order from this location. the management team must seriously rethink their training strategy.
I ordered the delivery through the door pocket and when it arrived, the burrito I ordered was open at both ends, without seeing or beeping acidic on it. the Fajita-Veggies on the burrito were also raw. In addition, I ordered a kinderquesadilla that ended only a cold tortilla with cold cheese. we tried to correct the situation, but no one helped us on some wise. it takes a lot for me to give a review, especially a negative one. I understand that the things happen, but that is unacceptable that nothing was to standardize and nobody could help us.
If you order SOFRITAS because you’re a vegetarian, inspect your bowl carefully!!! just ordered two bowls and both had pieces of steak and chicken in them!!!!! couldn’t even eat it.
Don't bother going to ANY Lorain county chipotles, clearly the area manager does not care about their stores or their customers. After 730, every Lorain country location never has everything in stock. I went to 2 different locations my last visit. First was Amherst and they were out of ALL lettuce (salad and shredded) and chips. Decided to go to Elyria, and they were out of chips, salad lettuce, and cheese. All my husband wanted was salad lettuce, steak, and cheese. I saw that the Togo line had cheese fully in stock. I asked the cashier if I could have a side of cheese from the Togo line and they said that it was for togos only, and that there are cameras right over the line and that they will get into a lot of trouble if anyone sees. Being a manager in the service industry, I was shocked as I would NEVER tell my customers no. On top of that, the girl that made my food had a rotten attitude and was very rude. I decided to make complaint on the website on Friday (after many, many recent bad experiences), it is now Tuesday and I have yet to hear back. I never have these kind of experiences at any cuyahoga county location, but I cannot travel 40 min there and back everytime I want chipotle. I have 3 locations within a 20 min drive from me and have bad experiences at every single one. I've been eating at chipotle for well over 14 years, worked there for 1.5 years. I understand things have changed over the last couple years but these Lorain county locations do not hold the same standards as the ones I frequent in Cuyahoga county.
