If uncomfortable, like a phone system down, they should follow orders and contact customers, especially those who have paid. I couldn't get my order and they didn't take it back, I refused to warm up the food so I got a refund. I understand being busy, but that wasn't in a way I thought it was.

Surprising, disappointed at this point. service was missing because waitress(s) was more interested in talks with employees who then serve. the turkey dinner sandwich ordered, great concept right?! I couldn't eat it as sandwich, I had to use a fork, the creatures of filling broke the brot so it could not be treated as sandwich. I could not ask the attention of the waitress to a piece of toast so I could replace the brot. they had no broth varieties of banana for sale, I would have bought one after I had received the vaccinated servier we got. why I love bob evans. it just made us realize that we wait and have driven a little closer to the house and have gone to our local bob evans. parking: parking is never a problem, much of it and a lot of handicap parking.

They only had 2 waitress and it was me and my best friend. 15min wait but we waited because we knew they were short staffed. We got our food it was good but our waitress never came back to refill our drinks or ask how we was doing. She was rolling up silverware. I had to ask for a box at the counter. Then the manager cashed us out and was complaining about how she can't get no one to work and her 78 year old mom was back doing the dishes. The restaurant was very dirty. Won't go back there for a long time

I loved the attitude and personality of the waitress who served us during our visit. the waitress was truly respectful and attentive to our needs by often paying attention to us. eating was also amazingly delicious. food: 5/5

Went there on Labor Day ordered to go. They were very busy a 25 minute wait for dining room. The staff was still friendly and patient. The manager was handling a KAREN gracefully. I got my food right on time it was hot and tasted very very good. Great job to the entire team!
