It seems that the hotel staff were completely unfazed by the poor service, or perhaps the absence of it. I also discovered another restaurant called Fiestas just around the corner.

The best Mexican food I've ever had! The chicken enchiladas were absolutely amazing! If you're passing through this charming little town, you definitely need to stop here for a meal!
