Contribuiți la feedbackWe were not prepared for the Italian concept - but we found it successful! pretty interior courtyard, colorful manageable map. I don't find italian, that breaks the concept. the wine brut was very good, the wine too. the flame cake is not from the bag, at least itself occupied. the original was missing the cut.What happened to us the evening was the service. never a smile, inattentive - no cutlery, no serviettes, the blonde dame with glasses had a distinctively bad day and did not know the way: she stumbled over the farm pavement or almost jumped into a sitting guest. the young colleague was really struggling, but did not come to us against this dark cloud. Pity!
After a colleague has made me aware of the new young oettinger, we have tried it. to the appetizer the roasted otopus for 16€. no snap, but super tasty and actually as a main dish sufficient and every cent worth. as the main course we have ordered to two only meats. it came a special piece from the bark: super delicate, super tasty and perfectly grilled 69€. you can certainly eat cheaper, but also here it is worth it. what else to say? beautiful outside area with children's playground. so parents can eat in peace. contempt: this is not a pizza place- nudeln yes, salate yes, pizza no. a clear recommendation.
After a break we visited the restaurant again and found that compared to previous visits the entire impression positiw has changed. Perhaps it is because in the neighboring eltville two renowned Italian restaurants around the gunst of the gastes buhlen.Leider can hardly be used the beautiful terrace under trees at this season, as it becomes sensitively cool during an opening hours at workdays for dinner from 17:30.The ambiente in the interior has developed further, white tablecloths, fabric napkins and a standard covered places. also the rounds of the patrone to monitor the service. the service was by the way very friendly and flott.The menu is not very extensive and also contains rheingautypical elements such as hand cheeses' and flame cakes. it is complemented by day offers that are presented on a table.The prices are slightly elevated, the portions are plentiful for this and the foods are very well prepared.We were satisfied with our stay all around with a restriction: the grappa of the house is apparently offered when ordering the bill only master guests.
I still knew the "young oetinger" (was always good) but the ristorante. wow! on the map we had problems to decide because everything sounded good. we could then decide and it was all very good. the service was super, and very friendly, the ambiente top. very happy to try us further through the map.
Last weekend we spent a very nice evening in the ristorante of oetinger and were pampered with a great 3-course menu.With reservation we were already expected in the evening and welcomed at our table friendly on the large, quiet terrace. under a large tree illuminated in the crown, the table was beautifully located especially after a break in the darkness. our service served very tasty wee and first freshly baked bread with olives. To the appetizer we had bruschetta and grilled octopus, both very tasty, fresh and finely dressed. we had two grilled wolf bass on also grilled, fresh vegetables, also very tasty and tasty. the size of the portion we found more than reasonable and the dish was really great. to dessert we then enjoyed a dessertvariation (extended to our wish) from tiramisu, panna cotta and tartufo. in particular the tartufo and the panna cotta have tasted us excellent.Our service was probably very good at the evening, as all the tables on the terrace were completely occupied. a little in stress, she has always served us very friendly and our desire accordingly. as we were with the last guests at the evening, there was still a nice chat with the cook and the chef of the house who visited several tables.We thank you for the nice evening, the good service and a really round menu.
