The service was excellent, but I did have some concerns about the cook. The young man in the kitchen was not following proper health protocols. I noticed him frequently touching his hair and adjusting it, scratching his face, and then handling food with his bare hands. He wasn't wearing gloves, and there was no handwashing observed. Overall, it was a dine-in experience, but this issue was unsettling.

The woman at the counter had two orders ready in the warmer. She bagged both, including mine, and handed one to the customer in front of me, but then left my order sitting in the warmer! After that, she took another order at the drive-thru, went to the back to drop something in the fryer, and then came back to the front to take another order at the counter before finally giving me my bag. I will never forget how she prioritized taking other orders instead of handing me my food, which was already prepared and waiting for her to give to me!

Went to pickup food for delivery customer restaurant not open. Have to cancel order and cost me in drive from AZ city and a possible other open paying order happens a lot despite the sign on the door they close at 12 pm. Please update hours on door and in delivery apps to what ever correct closing time is. I understand why employees don’t want to be there if slow or safety issue. Close store at 9pm if you want I don’t care just stop messing up my pay and stats please. Thanks
