They always get my order correct and are able to recommend healthy options. The wait time is also little to none! This team rocks!

This is one of the friendliest and busiest Starbucks I've ever been at. We came here every day during our vacation to Traverse City, and the baristas were incredibly nice and really made us feel welcome. It's worth all the craziness with the parking lot and the lines, they really made us feel at home, and even helped us find a souvenir mug at a different location! Thank you!

Came in on A Rainy Tuesday and Zach at the front counter was doing his due diligence working the front end while helping make orders for the drive thru. Great skills of customer service and multi-tasking, putting the customer first and task’s prioritized. Zach was Great and if he’s working I’m definitely strolling through. His vibes are so chill, down to earth and respectful give the man a pin for his apron lol. But seriously great atmosphere and wonderful vibes for a rainy day

Not much can be said here. I think it's ridiculous what they charge for coffee drinks, but I go maybe once every couple months, so no big deal. Best drinks ever, and worth every penny.Love their outdoor patio.Friendly staff. Always.I never did drive thru, but seems they are always busy.
