Placed a order for a hot and ready and some cheese bread, the girl at the cash register then drops the cheese bread making us wait, 10 minutes later i hear a employee in the back say i aint making this cheese bread and as im waiting someone comes in and takes the last hot and readys while im still waiting, also saw the girl pocket money

Known the owner a very long time. Great taste, great quality, a 1 ownership.

40 minutes late for an order placed 3 hours earlier and rude. Not sure how anyone can stay open with this poor of management.

Anytime a mobile order is submitted, it goes 20 minutes beyond what the pickup time is supposed to be. You can no longer walk in and get a hot and ready pizza like you used to. I understand being short-staffed or having a lot of orders to fulfill, but come on, man. The food is pretty good, though. The staff always has a bad attitude. I’ll gladly drive to East Front Street for a quick pizza.

I overheard them mention that they gave our food away twice to other customers due to mistakes. The app indicated that our pizza had been in the oven for 40 minutes, yet it still wasn’t ready. I am very disappointed. If you’re going to give someone else's order away, it's best not to mention it while the original customers are waiting.
