Burger King - ELMSFORD

I can only say, despite all this star I really love this burger king. as the jalapeño poppers wow. the hure wow. the fritten wow. the oreo milkshake wowwww! even at midnight they never disappoint a friendly, hardworking staff these youngs love!

They deleted my comment LMFAOOOO!!! THIS LOCATION HAS FELL OFF TREMENDOUSLY!! Especially the Spanish women at the drive through !! I CALLED CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND WAS TOLD A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME AND THAT NVR HAPPENED!! Some days you order in the afternoon things they sell different in the evening!! JUST RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TREATED HORRIBLE IN FRONT OF MY 4 yr OLD! If this comment gets deleted again I’m taking this to corporate and channel 12 news !!

Absolutely awful customer service even for a drive through. The ‘gentleman’ working the intercom kept cutting me off during my order before I could explain my order. Constantly asking “anything else?”

This place is disappointing even for a Burger King. You can't expect good service or good food at Burger King but this place came under even those expectations. My fries seemed stale and cold even though I went through the drive-thru. Go to the Popeye's nearby. Even if they spit on your food there it'll taste better than this trash.

I'm glad I have something positive to say. today, on the afternoon, on the afternoon, both people I met were very pleasant. that was hot and my order was right. I rarely go after bk, but if I decided to go back, I would definitely return to this place.
