Subway - ELMSDALE

We visited three times, and each time they were out of white bread. On one occasion, it was only 4:30 PM, and they had run out due to a shortage of white flour.

I ordered a turkey bacon wrap, and after taking a big bite, I discovered the bacon was undercooked. Not a pleasant surprise!

I ordered a sub platter for my granddaughter's birthday party and specifically asked for small portions since it was a children's event. Unfortunately, what I received was not what we discussed. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, but they insisted that there was nothing they could do to help. The staff was very unhelpful and rude, which made the experience even more frustrating, especially since the kids were left without food that they could enjoy.

Very friendly staff for certain nutritional requirements for our child. would definitely recommend had excellent customer service today. They went beyond and beyond.

Horrifically slow. Mobile orders aren’t accurate and take forever were told an order would be ready at a specific time and wasn’t ready for 40 minutes after. They are chronically out of utensils, bread, food items, etc. Staff can’t keep up with drive thru, mobile orders and walk in customers. Not sure if the franchise owner cares but it seems like the place is being run into the ground by incompetent management they are leaving the staff without appropriate resources and the quality has regular decreased over the years.
