Contribuiți la feedbackExcellent food. Very freshly prepared and authentic Chinese dishes, al dente vegetables. Very friendly and friendly staff and a chef who is proud of his meals and humblely welcomes the feedback.
Large proportions in the combo, substitutions were easily absorbed. Food was good, but the Chow mien is very salty and my bf although his beef tasted n Brocoli, but I didn't.
The stay at the nearby hotel and on site was closed for the day. Not really familiar with the area so went after a meal. After the trip in the dark found Lin Garden for a while. Parking was empty, so did not know about the customer's food. The whole lot is a good sign. That wasn't worrying. Telephone orders came in and took out, was a steady flow. Decided on dinner for 2. Could 3 easily feed with the addition of an extra egg roll and sommen soup. The food was good and not salted. Would eat there again. Due to the Kovid19 the seat was limited. This has not touched us as we had taken it out. The restaurant was clean and the lady on the counter was busy and efficient. I'd go back in the area.
Maybe not fair, limited menu offers to judge in these Kovid-19 times when everyone limits his menus, but everything was very sweet, except the hot and acid soup that was pretty good. A bit more sour in the sweet and acidic would go a long way. The best dish was the ginger beef, also very sweet, but at least with something zing, unlike the lemon chicken, which was only jammy.
We arrived as a family and were the 2nd family seated. We were followed by 3-4 other tables. All other tables were attended to and we were left waiting. When drinks started to get served, we brought it to waitstaff attention that we hadn’t been...seen to. At that point, the waitstaff proceeded to argue about who was going to take our table because one was due to go on break and the other had to cover her tables. Once that was decided, we ordered. Rice undercooked and crunchy, and REALLY salty- to the point we couldn’t eat it. When asked how everything was, we mentioned the excessively salty/crunchy rice and was told that was how it was supposed to taste/feel. So disgusted at the whole experience, we ate what was palatable asked for the bill and left. We frequent the other chinese restaurants in the community and will not be going back to this one.
