If you want good smoothies and bad attitudes you’ve found the place. Its like your bothering them by walking in. I don’t understand.

The customer service in Whipped Treats is unacceptable I didn’t feel welcomed at all when I walked in this establishment. The demeanor of the females at the customer service desk was unpleasant. I ordered a gallon of water and when I finish my purchase I was just talking a look at the menu and the store ambiance and the lady that serviced me replied too me that is all right. I am disappointed with lack of customer service skills.

I was just in here a few days ago and that will be my last time. I’ve been here many times before but I can’t bother with the mean and unpleasant demeanor from the women at the counter. It’s the same experience every time, most times I don’t let it bother me because the smoothies are good. They answer customers like we’re annoying to them they don’t even give a pleasant hello or attempt to have light hearted conversation or just make a recommendation for one of their many products. I can go outside of my neighborhood and even down the street and get better service. Hire people who take pride in serving the community healthy food

The WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE!! Their products are absolutely delicious, however you have to wait for the drinks for entirely too long. A smoothie is at least 20mins. If you call ahead, you still wait once you arrive. I continue to patronize them because no one else makes products as delicious AND nutritious, but i hate the wait.

I love this place the best juice. Patties are so taste all vegetarian. Friendly people clean store
