Dunkin' - Elmira Heights

I attempted to place an order through the Dunkin mobile app and the only option available was drive-thru pick up. I typically prefer to go inside to pick up my orders from Dunkin, so I went in and placed my order. I noticed a large section of the counter with shelves clearly marked for Mobile Orders, indicating it was for inside pick up. Unfortunately, it was empty. There were more than 10 cars waiting in the drive-thru line and at least 4 employees visible. It was disappointing not to be able to use the app and save time. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.

I visited this restaurant today (9-17-2023) a little after 7am and it appeared to be closed. The food received a rating of 5, the service a rating of 1, and the atmosphere a rating of 2.

This is my third attempt in the last few months to stop by around 6:45 am before heading to work, only to find the restaurant closed despite being listed as open online. On two previous occasions, someone came out with an excuse for why they were closed. Today, I saw two cars in the parking lot (where staff usually park) just sitting there. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the food, service, or atmosphere as I was unable to dine at the restaurant.
