Subway - Elmira

I waited 30 minutes for a single sub, and it was frustrating to see the staff prioritize online orders over customers waiting in person. There were no other customers in the restaurant, yet we had to watch them complete an online order for 27 minutes before they even acknowledged us. If there are people in front of you, it's important to serve them first instead of catering to someone who didn’t want to come in. The sub itself was just okay, lacking the usual toppings and not worth the price. I won’t be returning to Subway again; Elmira really needs a better restaurant option.

This was the worst sub I've ever had! The chicken was dry and cold, and the bread was stale. The person working there was rude as well! When I asked for crispy bacon, he told me it was as crispy as the microwave could make it. I will never return to this location; it was a complete waste of 15 bucks.

I observed an employee serving four customers, including handling cash transactions, all while using the same pair of gloves. I will not be returning, as I find this to be a significant safety hazard in today's world.

The problem with the subway is they wear the same gloves when they're handling money and making food someone needs to have a talk with them I don't think they understand ...

Stopped here for lunch today (April 18), The service was fast but a lady behind the counter was very rude to a girl who was training. When a trainee is having trouble with something they should be shown nicely how to do something in front of a customer and then talk to them after about what they did wrong. Do not embarrass someone in front of customers. I will not return to this location
