There isn't a time at this location that you receive your food in the drive thru. You place your order, pay, get your drink and then are asked to park around the side in which you regularly wait 10 minutes for your food to be brought out to you.

I feel like a few easily made improvements could make this place great. First....may I suggest you reposition your drive through menu so you can see it? It is too far from where you place orders. May I also suggest that you review the quality of your hot coffee as it was really bad and not drinkable. It tasted like there may be a problem with your machine? Watery weak tasting wierdness is all i can say about it. Not good. Look into why this is because this is not typical for A&W. Your Iced Capp Tim Hortons equivalent was not cold enough and tasted like ice-cream with coffee. The menu position is not readable so placing an order is requiring getting out of your vehicle or attempting to explain what you want to drive through personnel which must be frustrating for them as well and time consuming. The hash-browns were not edible and this may be because your fryer is too hot as they were overcooked on outside and not cooked on the inside with a raw uncooked pasty taste and we did not think it wise to eat them. So they went in garbage with the hot coffee. I would really like this restaurant to work because it is a great location to stop at when travelling to the lake but......there needs to be improvements. I hope you will take this as constructive criticism. I have worked in this industry and am well intended. The person at the drive through window was very nice and obviously doing her best. The sausage and cheese toasted english muffin was good. I want this place to succeed. I really do but....it is not going to if changes are not made in my opinion.

Love the Alliston location! The staff are always friendly and quick to communicate any delays in preparing my order. They accommodate any special dietary restrictions without any problem. I will continue to visit this location regularly.
