Papa John's Pizza - Elmira

I visited the restaurant on a bustling Friday night and ordered four large pizzas, each with different toppings, along with four drinks. Ordering online was a breeze. There was a short line, and after just a few minutes, they called my name and had everything ready for me. I was very impressed! The quality and flavor of the pizzas were excellent. All four pizzas were made perfectly and exactly as we had requested. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The food was tasty, and the wait time was reasonable. However, it was a bit pricey. I specifically requested no onions on my pizza, but when I got home, I discovered it was topped with onions. It seems like they might be experiencing some growing pains, so I’m giving them 4 stars.

We had a wonderful experience at the new Papa John's. The service was quick, the staff was very friendly and respectful, and the pizza was delicious! We will definitely return and recommend this spot to anyone looking for some really good food!

It took 3 people to run cash and make a customer pay. Wait near 10 minutes to wait;ordered 2 slices pepperoni and 2 slices mushroom pepperoni, what was what she had already done. Again, another 5 minutes passed, as the young man in the register did not know what he was doing. When he brought us our slices, he brought 2 pieces of cheese: I said no, I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni. He went back behind the counter and stood there for a few minutes, someone (I accept the manager) Who are the two slices of cheese? The lady over there replied to the manager. The young man answered no, she wants pepperoni. He finally brought me my two pieces of pepperoni that were cold. Never warmed up (they only sat along the counter),never asked if we wanted it to warm up. The pizza tasted like it was made with VERY cheap ingredients! I forced myself to eat 1 piece, then asked for a box; the young man on the counter asked how was it? I answered that it would have been better if it was warm, it was cold! He answered, "Oh was it? No apology or try to fix things. I don't want to protect her again. Don't waste your time or money on Papa John's Pizza when there is Picnic Pizza in the mall.

On the first day open at this location, I stopped after work only took fifteen minutes to make my order. Pizza, wings and sticks all done, hot and even the kids said Pappa John's still makes the best pizza and wings. Good luck at your new location! I think you're going to need a bigger space!
