Mount Fuji Japanese - Elmira

This place is fantastic! I've visited a few times now, and the Hibachi cuisine really adds to the fun experience. The food is definitely worth every penny. They have both a bar and a regular dining area. Last night, we opted for the sit-down section, and once again, the service was incredibly quick, and the food was a solid 10/10. We ordered the chicken and filet mignon hibachi combo. The chicken was well-seasoned, and the filet was incredibly tender and flavorful. I'll also share some pictures of the menu. The prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of the food. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The lunch menu was quite limited, and the crabs had a slightly sweet flavor. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was attentive. The decor created a relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by soothing piano music.

This place serves some of the best sushi and rolls you'll find. If you're a fan of Hibachi, there's a great one here with a funny chef. The prices are reasonable too.

We had a great time with the family tonight. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is pleasant and makes the experience fun! The food was fantastic. I always listen to friends and employees riding over this place, so it is definitely worth the trip. Would highly recommend
