Mcclure's Ny Deli - Elmira

I just visited a deli and ordered a cheeseburger and a hot dog, both of which came with chips. The hot dog and cheeseburger were excellent, but the chips were very disappointing.

Great delivery, suppen and we went with their awesome Friday fish fry

Suppe, sandwich, salat! meat orders. local property. barb’s suppen on is a better atmosphere to dinate.

Best deli in the city! the owner giorgi is amazing!

I ordered a 1/2 lb pastrami on rye. I asked for the pastrami hot. Apparently that means fry it until it’s shoe leather and has no flavor left. I asked for the sauce that they used for a Rueben (couldn’t remember if it was thousand island or Russian) they apparently decided I wanted it to be a Rueben and added sauerkraut too! No if I wanted a Reuben I would get a Reuben. Staff was friendly and helpful though. Couldn’t tell if it was pastrami or not. No flavor to the meat after fried to death.
