A good Lou's pizza is always welcome. Only issue at this location is the waiting time and waiting area are very cumbersome. I arrived a few minutes early from the time that was on my receipt, just to wait almost 15 minutes while staff and other customers shuffled around the overcrowded waiting area. What's the point of having a pickup time if everyone is just waiting for 15 minutes? It could have been a busier day than normal, but I've never had this issue at other Lou pickup locations. Why are all the refrigerators out in the open, while employees have to ask customers to move every time they need to open a refrigerator? Again no issues at other local locations, so maybe this location is short staffed. Food was amazing as always.
