Burger King - Elmendorf

I ordered a meal with onion rings instead of fries. The bottom of the bag was filled with fries and the onion rings were on top. I found it odd that they included onion rings. I now realize why. I paid full price, which was disappointing. It makes me wonder if they even check their orders before giving them out.

I do not recommend the spicy chicken sandwich from Burger King. It was not cooked well and took too long to eat.

The wait time at the drive-thru was excessive, causing several customers to leave. When we finally received our order, it took over 5 minutes and was incorrect.

Too expensive for what they get and the personal does not seem to really care. I received a gift card from my sister and wanted to use it, but they did not seem to know how to do the transaction, and I had to pay cash, bad experience, and I will not be back or recommend this location to 37S/1604.

If i could I would leave no stars at all been to this location twice and I have not been able to put an order in because nobody answers the speaker box you literally need to call them just so they can tell you they are closed when they still have a whole hour left. Worst customer service. They honestly don't care about the customer they rather clean and go home.
