Culver's - Elm Grove

After waiting quite a while, my meal finally arrived, but I was quite disappointed. The fries were lukewarm, and the fish itself was problematic—one side of the breading was very mushy, giving it an unappealing texture. I was really bummed about it, but I tried to eat what I could. It's a shame because I've never had a bad meal here before. I truly appreciate the hard work of the staff, especially on a busy day like today. Hopefully, my next visit will be better!

The food at this Culver's, like at all the other locations we've tried, was fresh and delicious. However, this specific location seems to have an issue with providing a complete order when you drive away. On three separate occasions, my order was missing items. Make sure to check your bags before leaving to ensure you have everything you paid for. They will swiftly help you find any missing items, but if you don't catch it, having to make a return trip is quite inconvenient.

This culvers is the worse. Two weeks in a row they gave my malts in new skinny cups for inflation in an oversized drink tray then both times it spills becomes its useless. This culvers sucks. Thanks for ruining the seats in two cars by using drink traysfor the wrong size cups because you shrunk the malt cups and increased the prices. Nice job corporate.

I'm not typically a big fan of Culver's fries, but these were crispy and delicious! The butter burgers with cheese and the chocolate shakes were outstanding as usual. A helpful tip: if there's a long line at the drive-thru, there usually isn't a wait inside. This saved me several minutes between arriving in the parking lot and enjoying my burger. I highly recommend it!
