Josie's Country Store And Cafe

As a lifelong New Jersey resident, where diners are a staple, I can confidently say this was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. We went two days in a row and ordered nearly the same thing each time. It's been over a month, and I’m still thinking about those amazing home fries. The sandwiches were also fantastic and made for a delightful meal while we hiked through Acadia. The food was exceptional, the service was friendly, and I'm telling everyone I know who plans to visit Acadia National Park that they absolutely need to have breakfast at Josie's on their way!

This is a great place to go if you have a large group. They have excellent cocktails. The food is good. I gave 4 instead of 5 because I didn’t care for the amount of mint leaves in my wrap. But everyone else loves their food.Food: 4/5

Such a cute place to stop! We only had coffee and cake, but the cake was delicious and well worth the stop! The five layer chocolate cake was a more than generous portion, I couldn’t eat it all! So rich!Food: 5/5

My sister and I drove from Bangor for lunch after “ googling” and then reading the great reviews about Josie’s!We were SO impressed that we are returning today !! Only one week later!)Excellent food.
