I ordered a DQ cake online for Father 's Day to be picked up today at the Ellsworth location. When I got there, the girl couldn 't find the cake. I showed her my email confirmation showing it would be ready today at noon. I was told I don 't know, it 's a manager thing. She also mentioned this happened to someone else the other day. I asked if I could just get a plain cake and she said we don 't have any .Unbelievable!!! This is completely infuriating!!! I will never go back to this dump!!! Better off driving to Baldwin or River Falls!!

No cocktail sauce with my shrimp french fries was cold no ketchup offered

Had to pay for the kids meal treat twice since they couldn't figure out how to ring up the treat ticket. They close whenever they want to and their food is not very good.

They close whenever they want even though they are suppose to be open until the time posted. They just throw their food together so you get it a mess. Had some tickets for the kids meal free ice cream cones to which they couldn 't ring up , so we had to pay for the kids treat twice. Horrible place with unknowledgable staff.
