Einstein Bros Bagels - Ellisville

We ordered breakfast but received the brunch special instead. Unfortunately, we did not receive 4 of the items we ordered. We tried calling the restaurant multiple times to correct our order, but they hung up on us each time or did not answer at all. When we tried disputing the issue through DoorDash, they only gave us $6 back out of our $44 order. This level of service is unacceptable. Additionally, the bagels we received only had one piece of bacon on them, which is ridiculous.

Avoid ordering from this restaurant on Door Dash or for takeout. They do not follow your order correctly. I ordered a Baker's Dozen which advertised a specific combination of bagel flavors, but they did not include the best parts like chocolate chip and cinnamon raisin. Instead, they substituted with original flavors without informing me. The pricing is also higher than Bread Co. I regret not ordering from there instead.

The food at this restaurant is top-notch, however, I found the breakfast sandwiches to be a bit expensive so I decided to pass on those. Instead, I opted for a selection of bagels with their delicious schmear spreads. Delicious!

Bought the Texas brisket egg sandwich. I didn't received Chedder cheese or smokey Chipotle aioli. I was just a bagley egg an pork..

Staff was awesome and helpful in getting a large order together for a company conference. We got coffee, assorted bagels, schmear, and all on the spot. Will definitely be going back when the staff wants breakfast.
