The Diamondback Tavern - Ellicott City

Fantastic menu. Since it's a tavern we were expecting average bar food and were totally blown away by the food quality and thought behind the dishes. We were told that all meats and seafoods were local and you can definitely taste the difference. So happy we have a new place to dine in HoCo.

I ate there last night and was terribly unimpressed. The crab soup in particular was a disaster Tomato soup, with canned stewed tomatoes and a shred of crabmeat. THAT WAS IT. NO other vegetables or any crab taste. It was tomato soup. Even with taking the soup off the bill it was over 30 dollars for two of us for a very disappointing meal.

I live just down the street and I have to say that Diamondback has the best wings IN THE WORLD!!

This place has it all great food, good prices and great service. Ferger is my favorite bartender, but they are all really nice. I highly recommend this place!
