Subway - Ellicott City

This Subway location is quite nice and generally clean. They make decent sandwiches, but the quality can vary depending on the staff. I visit often, and it seems there's a different team working each time. Some employees are new, while others have more experience. One downside is that sometimes they don’t follow sandwich instructions very well, which really depends on who is preparing it. Overall, it's an acceptable place, but the sandwiches could definitely be improved.

Lettuce not fresh. Online coupon (15off not accepted in person at the register. So, I asked to pay online for the same menu items and I am told 'no ' bc the sandwich has been made. (It wasn 't anything massive it was 15%off of 1 sandwhich which wouldhave been $1.50 out of $21+. Anyways, no customer understanding flexibility accommodation at this location.

The sub was disappointing. There were hardly any vegetables in it, and it looks like the tables aren't cleaned thoroughly after each customer.

There was only one person handling everything, so the service was slow, but it was good.
