Soft Stuff - Ellicott City

I've had a relationship with Soft Stuff for nearly 10 years now. When I was pregnant with my daughter, who is almost 9 today, I had an intense craving for ice cream. My sister-in-law surprised me with their orange flavor on the last day before they closed for renovations. I didn't have a chance to enjoy their ice cream again until they reopened after the renovations. Sadly, I've recently been diagnosed with a dairy allergy and can no longer have ice cream. However, I never tire of taking my girls to Soft Stuff just to have that specific orange flavor.

The ice cream here is fantastic! I took my daughter, and I've never seen her so happy. When they say "large," they really mean it—it's huge! I highly recommend visiting this place.

Consistently great! I've tried other places, but this one remains the creamiest and most delicious choice. I've seen it evolve over the years, and it's been wonderful to have that experience as part of my memories.

This is a must-visit during the summer! The portion sizes are quite generous, so keep that in mind. I always order the vanilla with cotton candy swirl, and it's absolutely delicious!

This place is a fantastic local spot for soft serve ice cream. The staff is very friendly, mostly consisting of young teens. I think it's a perfect way to wrap up a date night or enjoy dessert with family. I had my first banana split here, and it definitely lived up to my expectations!
