China Taste - Ellicott City

I took a chance on trying Thai food from a Chinese takeout place, and I'm glad I did! China Taste did a great job. The Tom Yum soup was packed with more than six shrimp, which was a nice surprise. The red curry didn’t look quite red, but it had the perfect blend of sweetness and mild spiciness that you expect from Thai curry. I've added China Taste to my list of favorites!

I've been coming to this restaurant for 10 years, and usually the food is excellent. However, this time I ordered the mo sho pork (spelling may vary) and it was nearly inedible. The pork was tough, with pieces that felt like hard bone or very tough meat. I definitely won’t be ordering that again.

Absolutely the best Chinese food I've ever had! Everything is incredibly delicious. My all-time favorites are the pork fried rice, shrimp lo mein, General Tso's chicken, and the egg rolls!

I really enjoy this local Chinese restaurant. My go-to order is the vegetable Lo Mein, which is always a generous portion and delicious overall. The first time I requested medium spice, it ended up being way too spicy for me to handle. However, they got it just right on my next visit. Although they typically close at 10 PM on Mondays, I called them at 10:10 PM, and they kindly took my order, having it ready in just 10 minutes. One of the great things about this place is that they have sauce packets available for customers to grab themselves, along with fortune cookies.

This restaurant prioritizes its food above all else, and the quality is outstanding. It's so good that they tend to attract a large crowd, so be prepared for possible delays during peak times. The staff is dedicated and efficient in getting the job done. While the atmosphere may be limited due to their takeout focus, they certainly make an effort to maintain a pleasant environment.
