Baskin-robbins - Ellicott City

Baskin-Robbins is still my favorite ice cream place with classic flavors.

Located within Dunkin' Donuts, this restaurant has a clean dining area and bathrooms. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The ice cream is terrible tasting and the staff is extremely rude. It's unbelievable. Save your money and time.

SERIOUSLY RUDE!!!!!! I JUST CAME FROM THERE TONIGHT AND IN THE DRIVE THRU I WAS RUSHED WHILE ONLY BEING THERE FOR 2 MINUTES!!! TOLD ME I COULDN'T BE SERVED AND TOLD TO COME INSIDE BECAUSE THERE WAS A TIMER....A TIMER?????? THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE, AND THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WERE BUSY AND COULDN'T SERVE US! THIS BASKIN ROBBINS IN ELLICOTT CITY NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES!!! YOU JUST LOST OUR BUSINESS UNTIL YOU FIRE THEM!

I rarely give bad reviews, but this is something else; I went there last night with my friends wanting to get some ice cream, the staff there was so rude and yelled at me when I asked what flavors were available. After we decided on the flavors, the lady charged me for 3 individual scoops instead of the 3 scoop cup $11 instead of $4 for 3 scoops!
