This place had the best customer service ever. They had the fastest service I've ever experienced at a Popeye. They literally got me in and out. The food was so good. The best chicken is at this point. I recommend you to get these Popeyes the best service possible.
I hate to do this, but I feel obliged to fill you on the reat of the experience I had in this particular place. Back story simply put, I have eaten Popeyes for weeks and when I finally did it my mobile order was not accepted, I need to wait 3-5 days for a refund, I ended the order by the drive, by which defeated the point of order online and wasted my time because it had ordered nothing. No apple cake, no beans and rice, no Mac, no strawberry or grape jam for my biscuits, and I ask you, on the photo of 1 out of 12 pieces of chicken given to me for my family of 6 (Someone had a piece of chicken! . I really don't know what to say yet, but I will definitely not go back there. Honestly a disappointed customer. P.S. The inadequacy of the employees was incredible
Ordered a 10-part chicken dinner and received only 8 pieces of squirting chicken. They were from all sides except Slav and rice. No cookies. Didn?t received a reception and customer service was terrible. I heard this place was terrible, but there was an attempt. I won't return.
This is by far, the worst Popeyes I?ve eaten at in the state of GA. The service is terrible. The food is either over cooked or undercooked. They do not care. If you bring them your concerns, they will curse you out or ignore you. They think everyone is a ?Karen? when in reality, the food is deadly. The health score is an 74. I will post pictures to prove it. Save yourself the deathbed- do not ingest Popeyes from the Ellenwood, GA location located on Anvil Block Rd. The used to have a manager there, of the Indian decent and he cared about costumer concerns.. the new manager, she will snatch your receipt and make you wait 10+ minutes on a remake.
