Eating is not what it was once and bad customer service. I had believed that I had fed up eating rice and was not in teriyaki wok about a year, but remembered that they had really good roast rice. I called several times to put a job so I could pick it up at 15 o'clock from work to home. the phone ringed and ran and went to voicemail each time, I checked twice to make sure they were open and they were. I thought maybe they were busy. I'm moving into the parking lot and it's empty except a few cars in the back. I decided to call again before I got out of the car, ran it and went to voicemail. I'm going in and all three of them are sitting on a table in the corner that talk to each other. one of them picked up my order, asked another girl to cook it, went and sat down on the table. While it was cooking, I decided to check and see if their phones work or not, so I called again. telefon began to ring, but no one made an attempt to answer, they were sitting on the table and on chatting. our food was overcooked and unfortunately was simply not satisfactory. the old chefs were much better.
Eating was halfway decent, but the customer service was terrible! the cash was carrying her airpods and murmured us, not to mention that she was eating with us all the time. when I asked where the sodabecher was (that she forgot us), she purged him on the table and went away
This is a legit teriyaki place right on Main Street. I got the regular teriyaki chicken and it comes with white rice and a goofy little side of salad which was nothing more than some iceberg lettuce chopped up with nothing else and some sort of sesame dressing. I would skip the salad in the future. They give you a ton of chicken smothered in teriyaki sausage piping hot rice. I think next time I would try something different because I forgot teriyaki sauce tends to be a little sweet for me and I would probably upgrade to all white meat even though my regular chicken didn't taste tough or have tendons or any of the weird stuff sometimes you get. I think next time I'm in I'm going to try something maybe with noodles or a fancy or rice and maybe a non-teriyaki dish all together. Plenty of parking out front and on the side.
Food is good but wow the service is so bad. Is it so hard to be nice to paying customers? They were out of beef and never answer the phone.
