Contribuiți la feedbackWhenever my husband and I have a choice we patronize locally owned businesses. We love mom and pop restaurants as we used to own one.The iced tea was good. However I was really disappointed in the food. First clue was nobody in parking lot at 1 p.m. The second clue was the waitress could recommend only a few items on their menu. One recommended item was the Reuben. I 've never had one made with shaved corned beef. Hopefully I never will again. The consistency was ground mush with very little Sauerkraut or thousand island dressing. Although it was grilled just right. The rye bread was was nice and crispy. The Swiss cheese melted and the corned beef hot.My husband ordered the Swiss Mushroom burger. It was overcooked resulting in a dry chewy texture.Despite all that the Onion rings were excellent! We will go back at some point. I like to give a business several chances before I give up on it.
Food was good. Old style diner. Lots of locals were inside.
Excellent breakfast at a fair price. Great service, You will not have to ask for more coffee: the wait staff is on top of it. Highly recommend! :
I only go here for breakfast and I always get their topped hash browns. Those are excellent! Atmosphere is lacking and service is subpar but I don't go there for that lol. Parking: There is a limited number of parking spots on the side of the building. There is also street front parking but that is also limited. During the busiest part of the day sometimes you can never find parking spot. Kid-friendliness: They have a couple of high chairs for babies. The place is relatively kid-friendly and do all for a kids menu. It is not an upscale place and it is laid back filled full of farmers and country folk so children are most definitely welcome. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair entrance and a wheelchair accessible ramp. The bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and so are the tables.
Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Love local places like this when we go on vacations. Thank you C&S
