Contribuiți la feedbackI finally made it to food chasers and it was worth every bite! the lachs breakfast plate and fried spicy honey chicken were absolutely puzzling! and because my day really starts after the coffee, I had two tassen, the juusstt was really brewed. thanks to everyone at fc.? oh yes, I ordered a flat plate for a birthday breakfast for my son?
I’m giving 5 stars for everything ??? Food amazing! I get the Salmon grits! Soooo good. Honey butter biscuits are everything. Customer service top tier. I wish them a lotttt of success.
Get ready to be fat, full, and happy! I was excited when I found out that the Food Chasers were opening a restaurant. I did my recon and planned the perfect day and time to visit. The menu and hours are limited but not the flavor of the food. Warning: The menu is not for people who care about calories. The menu is Philly fancy and waistline trouble! The music playlist was just as fantastic as their ability to fry shrimp (so make sure you order them, sauce on the side). I ordered off the lunch menu and was surprisingly delighted by everything! They still have a few kinks to work out as new restaurants, but it was far from a horrible experience. I will be back for breakfast in a few weeks! The restaurant is very small but the atmosphere is warm and friendly. And the prices... Well, it's 2020, so come prepared to spend a few bucks. The spicy Chaser sauce needs to be bottled and sold at ShopRite. I also like that they sold pies from another local business (that thang hit too)! I could say so many wonderful things about the food, but I'd much rather get to finishing off my leftovers. I'll update my review after I eat there a second time. Hope to see you there.
Today's experience and my first time eating here! At 10am I was told that full dining wouldn't be available until noon. That only meant that food would come out in to go boxes. That wasn't a deal breaker though. We had to order at the register prior to being seated. I would have preferred to be seated and then review my menu. I guess that does not happen when full dining isn't available. Our order: Creamy cajun shrimp grits, honey biscuits, basic breakfast (eggs, potatoes, toast) and side of turkey herb sausage and 1 Cranberry juice. Overall the food we ordered was sub-par. It took an hour to receive the basic breakfast w/ side of sausage and biscuits and 70 minutes to receive the creamy cajun shrimp grits. The best thing was the biscuits. Delicious. The eggs w/ the basic breakfast came with raw onions mixed inside which I didn't order. The potatoes and sausage were just ok. The grits were not creamy but instead lumpy throughout and grainy. Although, the 5 shrimp on top was tasteful. I think the server was overwhelmed as he was alone. I never received syrup that I requested and now I'm home. I dont expect to return unless I'm craving some biscuits. My total was $40.81, not worth the money.
I'm currently giving one star because I wasn't able to taste the food. I anticipated trying the breakfast as the menu states breakfast all day. However upon arrival I was informed breakfast ended at 12:15pm. We were also informed that any items that included grits were unavailable as they were out of girits.. it was suggested that we substitute pasta for grits . The aromas did smelled good and the music was great. Despite the disappointing experience I will try again to support this black owned business soon.
