Scooter's Coffee - Elkhorn

I'm not sure if my experience at this drive-thru is typical or just a one-time issue, but it was quite disappointing. I waited for about 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. Although I consider myself patient, it became frustrating as a line of cars formed behind me and there was no one in front of me. Eventually, I spoke up, and someone finally took my order and instructed me to move to the second window. I waited another 5-10 minutes, but not a single person came to the window to take my payment or hand me my drink. In the end, I decided to leave without my order, and several others behind me did the same. I only ordered one drink, but this was the worst experience I've had at a Scooters location.

This is my daughter's favorite spot to hang out with her friends after school. The staff are always friendly, and they serve the best coffee drinks in town! Food rating: 5/5.

Although I don’t drink coffee often, I have a few go-to spots for business meetings at coffee shops. One place I consistently choose is Scooter in Elkhorn. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean, and the table arrangement is ideal for conversations. Plus, their blueberry muffins are delicious! Unlike many other coffee shops in the area, they offer an excellent, rich hot chocolate that I highly recommend.
