Mcdonalds - Elkhart

On 31st juli at 21 o'clock on Sunday. they were actually open to accept orders. they were busy with the car there, but went through quickly. must have had a personal update because everyone was pleasant and anxious to get everyone through as quickly as possible and to assure everyone's orders properly. I drive 10 minutes away to avoid this place and took a chance because I was tired after work. I was pleasantly surprised. Go on.

Never have very good luck here. Lady was very snappy rude to us. And didnt get out order right. We always give the fast food industry a break bc we they do go through a lot. But no need to be rude to your NICE customers

They love their steak egg and cheese bagels and the hash browns. service was fast, friendly and accurate. lines can be quite long during the meal times. child-friendly: children absolutely love the drinks options with the children's meals

I always order the daily double and it’s always fresh ! Only issue that I had was a rude employee at the drive thru window but that was solved quickly ..

This McDonalds is clearly struggling. It is short-staffed and the wait was incredibly long. To make matters worse, the manager or assistant manager was extremely rude to customers who asked about the status of their orders. We never did end up getting the right drink that my nephew ordered. I do not plan to come back again; and, until they're better staffed, I wouldn't really recommend ordering food from this location.
