Taco Bell - Elk Grove

The order was perfect and delicious! The staff was friendly and quick!

In my last two visits to this restaurant, I noticed that several items were missing from my order. I always park in front of the store and double-check my items before leaving. The staff needs to improve their attention to detail and ensure that customers receive everything they ordered. After all, the receipt even lists the number of items included in each order.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Taco Bell is a complete joke. They got two items wrong in my order and didn’t make them correctly at all. When I called to address it, they tried to tell me what was in the items, as if I didn't already know—clearly, I wouldn’t have ordered them if I didn’t! They also completely missed one item from my order and refused to do anything about it. I can't even submit a claim online because the submit button isn't working! I guess I shouldn't expect much, but I at the very least expect to receive all the items and ingredients I ordered.

I would have given 3.5 stars. It 's food, quick bite when your hangry but it 's certainly not authentic by any means. So it 's rare that we will eat Taco Bell.

My son likes this location, fast service, no lines, food tastes good.
