Palermo Italiano - Elk Grove

We had already eaten in palermo some paints and then we moved out of the state four years ago. we were back in the opposite to visit friends and relatives and had friends meeting at palermo for dinner. we had never had anything to eat for dinner that we did not enjoy, but this time they had their lasagna as a special one on the menu in the night we were there. her lasagna is from this world. all four of us ordered the lasagna and the soße was so creamy, without tomato flavor and beautiful thin nudels. the serve of the lasagne we received was huge, we ended up overhauling to the house left and had another two meals later. papa welcomed us as usual at the door with a big smile, handshake for the men and hugs for the ladies. papa's daughter was our waitress and could not have been more helpful and sweeter to make sure that everything was in order with us, not only in where we were sitting, but also when there was something else we needed. as always service, was fantastic and delicious. we always try to come to dinner there when we are in the opposite and we will recommend this restaurant to our family and friends. I would rate it as a 10 star restaurant. I could also add that we made our reservation on the line and we received a confirmation number immediatley and also a reminder of the day of our reservation.

Excellent menu choices. eat very well. great portions. great for exchange. service very congenial. will definitely be back.

I booked my reservation on open table and confirmed my reservation through open table. when we arrived in the restaurant, they did not have our reservation and asked to see my reservation confirmation on my phone. Although I was ashamed, the man fired us in the ground. decided to take us to a table to sit before we could sit, he turned around me the menus and said: "They can take it from here" and went away! we really wanted to go, but had enjoyed our last three meals here. Luckily, the woman waiting for us was fabulous, although she was not dressed as a server, she was friendly, annoying and very friendly. we really enjoyed waiting for us. Unfortunately, we will not come back here as I believe we have been treated so because I had twenty-four years with me, and that the man I believe the owner and one of the female server decided that they do not need to expand us common courtesy.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. beautiful family restaurant and a certain must for families.

Amazing restaurant!!!! The owner comes and talks with everyone, it’s amazing! Plus you can take how authentic the food is! A must try for any Italian food lovers!!!
