Nathan's Chinese Cuisine - Elk Grove

Under new ownership, didn't care for the food, the servers were friendly. I will say that the restaurant was busy, so even if I didn't care for the change, it seems many others do.

Had some beef and pepper chow mein it was good this place does not disappoint good every time.

I used to go here often, when I lived nearby. I was in the area and popped in for lunch. Thank goodness, the food was still excellent! The sweet n sour sauce is freshly made and is actually tart. The onions, peppers, and pineapple were not overcooked. Server refilled my water three times and was pleasant.

The waitress/cashier was not friendly and was confrontational. They do NOT offer napkins! I asked for napkins when I ordered take out, and the cashier handed me 1 napkin for a large shrimp fried rice for 3 people. When I asked for more, she said, 1 napkin for 1 serving . I explained that it was a large order for 3 people and she said, I don 't know how many people you have . SMH. She ultimately gave me 2 napkins, but I handed both back to her and said that obviously they needed it more than me. Be sure to provide your own napkins while eating the greasy Chinese rice!

Great food at great prices. Always look forward to eating here.
