Crazy Sushi - Elk Grove

People are rude there I asked for Saracha sauce. There was no sign displayed saying there's a shortage of the Saracha sauce. They was so quick to take my money but not tell me that. I asked for a refund where they refused to give back at first. I asked for a manager the waitress said he wasn't there all of a sudden he pops up being rude. I was will to pay more also, he said he was only providing it for someone dining at the table when I'm paying the same price but taking it to go. I felt stereo type for being black and denied of service of something g I was paying the same price for. Then he final tell the waitress to give me my money back stands behind the counter laughs and talk in his language with the cooks. I went off again of them providing bad customer service. He walks over to me and tells me this will be the last time I will there like he was threatening me. They are racist and don't like black people. I went to mukinis instead and yes they did give me saracha sauce to go. I do not recommend anyone black to eat here.

We waited 40min to get our appetizers. And even longer to get our 2 sushi rolls. This was a Tuesday about 1:30pm. The food was good but our afternoon was eaten up . We spent 3 hours there lol, not becasue we wanted to. It was crazy empty too. The sushi chefs looked busy but there were only 8 people total dining in. Focus on your dine in people more , guys. Maybe they focus on doordash orders more. Mens bathroom smelled rank lol. I suspect somtging might be broken or left exposed in there. Sad lunch haha.

Worst service I’ve had yet! I came in and there was like three people who already were served all their food. I placed my order and waited for 30 minutes to get two rolls a California roll and a shrimp love roll. Ridiculous wait time for that and for not being busy at all. Maybe the people behind the bar should do less talking and more of their job working. I won’t be back for a while if at all. Rather go see chay down the street. His quality of food etc is better anyways.

Funny I had the same experience as one of the one star reviews, in which at least three other tables were served before us that arrived after us and took at least 30 minutes to be served. And then there was awkward interactions from staff, because it was obvious what happened.

This must have been an off day.... the sushi rice was hard, the orange blossom roll was tiny, and hard. The pepperfin had no taste. The food took forever....Not good value for money at all.
