Burgerim Gourmet Burgers - Elk Grove

I had a fantastic experience at this new burger restaurant! The customer service was outstanding; the staff member was friendly, funny, and super helpful. I really appreciated his patience, especially since I dislike feeling rushed when making a decision, especially in a new place. We chose takeout for our group of five, and everyone loved their classic beef burgers. I'm really hoping this restaurant continues to do well in Elk Grove!

I ordered the Duo burgers, which consist of two slider-sized burgers, and they were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time for a Monday. On Mondays, they offer free kids' meals, allowing your children to choose a meal for just $5.99 that includes a 3 oz burger or chicken strips, fries, and a drink. They also have vegetarian and gluten-free options available.

This restaurant undoubtedly serves the best burgers in town, and I would give them a strong 9.5 out of 10. The ambiance is enjoyable, and the staff is very friendly. Just remember, this isn't a fast-food joint, so don’t anticipate your meal arriving in just a few minutes. The owner is warm and polite, which adds to the experience. My only criticism is that the portion sizes could be a little larger. All in all, it’s a fantastic dining experience!
