Plenty of customer service! We placed a phone statement on the weekend, my wife went to pick it up and i5 took almost 2 hours to complete the order. She paid the full price and came home. Our children couldn't wait at home and ate and ruin our Sunday meal plans completely. I called to talk to the manager to say she's not in the store for the day. I sent a complaint about her website. Today I received an e-mail from the owner that I have bruised and cursed their employees over the phone, what I did not, and mentioned how they cannot compose our meal. I was upset, but not disrespectful. I expected more a chain than that. You're so unprofessional. Share your customers emails online. Please mention that we paid full day, never caused a problem in the store, but instead I called to talk to the person. Throwed by a slightly insulted as even layered line that did not like I asked how did our phone not come online order last so long. Since you were not there, When you say that it took less than an hour and forty minutes, and that I cursed them, then they lie. I will file complaints where I need for your terrible customer service.
