Rush Truck Centers – Elk Grove

The person at the parts department completely ignored me, despite my standing right in front of him. He only acknowledged me when someone else pointed out that he had a customer. When he finally spoke, his tone was rude as he asked what I needed while not even looking at me. It was a terrible experience.

I always bring my Hino to the Elk Grove Village shop. Wayne and Eryk have been fantastic at getting me in and out quickly when they service my truck. Their customer service is excellent, and they consistently provide care and assistance. Thank you, guys, for your great service—keep up the good work!
