Pizza Hut - Elk City

I ordered a medium thin crust pizza, half double pepperoni and half double beef. When I went to pick it up, they mistakenly gave me two pizzas that were not what I ordered. One had pepperoni and beef, while the other was double pepperoni on thin crust. I decided to pay for them anyway and left with the incorrect order.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious.

I called this morning to check if this Pizza Hut was offering the buy one large pizza, get one large pizza free promotion. The person I spoke to confirmed that they were. However, when I called back this evening to place my order, I was told that the promotion was not available. The staff member said she had no idea who I had spoken to earlier, but they weren't offering that deal. I am definitely a dissatisfied customer.

They are great when they get your order right, but when they don't they make up for it with free pizza. i would rather they just get my order right

Always great atmosphere and service. The manager Autumn has always been so great about taking care of large party families. And cold beer on tap.
