Taco Bell - Elizabethtown

We arrived 10 minutes before the walk-in service closed and were in the process of placing our order when the staff locked the door and informed us that only drive-thru service was available, despite the fact that we had arrived before closing. They saw us there, and when we called to discuss the situation, they were quite rude. It's frustrating, especially since we walked over a mile to get to the restaurant.

The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed uninformed when I had questions. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my Uber Eats order. Overall, there was a significant lack of customer service. Service: Delivery, Meal Type: Dinner.

The new building looks great, but unfortunately, the food quality is still disappointing. I always find it frustrating. My quesadilla only had one piece of chicken, and they consistently forget the sauce that’s supposed to come with it. Plus, three tiny bits of cheese on a taco? Come on, just add a little more cheese! I’ve noticed other Taco Bells manage to do this well and they're thriving. Overall, this has been the worst location I've ever visited.
