Subway - Elizabethtown

Absolute awful staff, in their sign it says they are open at 9, but the sign says open I went at 10a and tried opening the door it was closed I seen 2 employees standing there. I call the store the lady said they were open so I went back the door wasclosed when I went back I tried calling again but they declined the call. I guess they didn't want any business.

They are NOT helpful, and will ignore your requests to rectify financial mishaps or mistakes! !!!!! I recently got out of a 4month hospital stay/battle and the only thing I 've been able to eat/tolerate is subway 's sweet onion chicken teriyaki wrap. IUSED to go to the south matket street location in Elizabethtown, every single day to get my daily sustenance UNTIL I startedseeing double and triple charges from them on my card. I got the run around for a week, the employees just telling me they don 'tknow why that 's happening and they can 't do NOTHING about it. It took me demanding a comp sandwich or a talk with theirmanager. They shut down the comp request and took my number and name 3 days with NO calls from them or the manager. Finally Ihad to come in with my mother and she also had to debate with them until WE demanded to speak to the manager. They said theydon 't call the manager for customers. I am VERY dissatisfied with the service because of the lack of help and the fact that Ispent my money there EVERYDAY since September 14th 2022 atleast. I 've been going there for years but this year, every singleday. I would recommend finding another subway restaurant to spend your money at. It 's all just so unfortunate.

I waited about 10 minutes to order our sub's and the worker say oh we have an online order that is due in 5 minutes .and tells us we have to wait.

I normally am a big fan of this place. But this experience left a lot to be desired. There were two brand new young girl faces there this time and neither of them were very friendly. And the one that waited on was the most unfriendly. We bought twofootlongs, and Italian and a tuna and it was $22. Prices must have gone up to begin with. The girl was very skimping with thetuna fish salad and literally put it on just the one half and barely spread it to the other end. She actually scrape the Scoopssmooth, which I've never seen before where to begin with. All in all not a happy visit.

Subway, is always delicious, I love the wraps
