Firehouse Subs Elizabethtown

Very slow!!! Waited 15 minutes and no order yet. The customer was waiting for almost 20 minutes. In any case, no hurry to order. I went and told the person behind me he could just have my sun and chili. Happy day.

It was probably one of the most amazing subs I ever had, but two subs a side of macaroni and cheese and a cookie was $31. As I said, it was delicious and I'm going back... But I won't get the $5 side of Mac and Cheese. The Brisket and Cheddar Sub was incredible...!!! So good?

I would rate this place 2 stars due to the rude customer service I experienced. The staff either ignored me or didn't acknowledge my presence. Management needs to address this issue, as nothing is worse than a customer feeling unwelcome in your establishment. On a positive note, the food itself is quite good, earning a 4 out of 5.

I had my first experience at this restaurant during a weekend evening, and it was great. The customer service was attentive and attentive to the preferences of both myself and my family. The food was delicious, particularly the sandwiches, which were a fantastic choice. The loaded potato soup and mac and cheese were absolutely amazing!

One of best places to get subs. We drive far just to eat there. Never had one complaint. Not one close to where we live or would eat there more.
