I had the Veggie and black bean Fajitas and my brother got the honey tender chicken crisps, I would recommend both. The menu has gotten shorter though, options are morelimited also they don't have the Texas cheese fries, enchiladas and veggie burgers anymore, or at least at this location thatseemed to be the case.
A good Manager can eliminate a problem before it happens and that?s what Katherine did with us yesterday! We were about to be delayed for along time because our usher lead us to a seating area that they were changing shift, Kathy noticed and she madesure to get us somewhere with great timing and service, Noticed she?s trying to do her best, but other servers needs to learnfrom her true care for the customers. Thank you Kathy
The service at this restaurant is quite poor, yet it manages to attract a lot of customers since it's one of the few dining options at Jersey Gardens. During our Saturday lunch visit, the service was virtually nonexistent; we had to flag down the manager just to get drinks and settle the bill. We only saw our server once throughout the meal. While it wouldn't be my top choice for dining, there are limited sit-down restaurants with liquor options in the mall.
This is my go-to dish whenever I visit Chili's—it never disappoints! I always order the chicken and waffles, and the waffles are perfectly fluffy, not dry or hard to eat. They are drizzled with a sweet glaze, and the chicken is topped with a Chipotle sauce, though you can easily request it on the side (which is what I usually do). The fries come alongside with your choice of dipping sauce. The service here is consistently quick and attentive, ensuring that you have everything you need.
I strongly recommend avoiding this Chili's. I attempted to enter the restaurant with my child and was informed that I couldn’t bring the stroller inside and would have to leave it outside. That was fine, so I requested a table near the stroller to keep an eye on it. The hostess told me that the bartender wasn't accepting any more tables. I then asked for a server, but the hostess refused and offered me a table at the opposite end of the restaurant, which I declined since I couldn’t keep track of my stroller from there. When I asked to speak to the manager, the situation only got worse. The manager told me to wait for the bartender, which was the most absurd response I've ever encountered from management. Having worked in restaurants for many years myself, I always prioritized customer satisfaction. To top it off, the staff was rude and carried unpleasant attitudes. I will not be returning.
