42nd Street Cafe - ELIZABETH BAY

Now know as The Way Cafe, this cafe is stimulated right outside Woolworths in the Elizabeth shopping centre. Being a little distance away from the food court, it isn't as frantic and noisy during the lunch period.There is a good choice if breakfast, lunch and snacks on the menu, and the coffee is good.Table service, no need to line-up at a counter for the privilege of placing an order, which is s nice touch.

I need to kill some time whilst my tyres were done close vy at bob jane..so decided to get some breakfast.. i was pleasantly greeted as i walked in.. shown to a seat and had coffee on my table within 5 minutes.. after so discussion i ordered my breakfast.. the waitress suggested the big bread as it was the special of the day.. so i had that ..added what liked ..to match and spinach and remove bake beans and sausage.. the food was well presented and a far price.. the service was good too ..i had my meal with on 15 minutes. My only suggestions would be .. have some nicer bread..than the plan white toast.. and the carpet ..could do with replacing.. other than that it was clean and tidy.. and yes i will go again next time my tyre need attention :-)

I visit Elizabeth several times a year and have coffee and or a meal at 42nd Street Cafe. Yesterday's visit did not disappoint. Out of all of the customers that they have it is pleasing to know that you are remembered and what your coffee preference is, even before you sit down.The coffee is excellent and rates as one of the best that I drink anywhere.The food is reasonably priced and is consistently of a high standard.The staff have very good relationships with many of their customers and the service is prompt and friendly. Andrew and his staff are definitely worth a visit if you are in the Elizabeth Shopping Centre at any stage.

Absolutely tasty food. I went there several times and tried different dishes. All were delicious. The staff is always helpful and very friendly.

We pop in here when at Elizabeth as it's handy with my grandsons The menu is varied but I do tend to have the same thing steak sandwich with the lot Haven't been disappointed yet with my meal
