Tesco Cafe - Eling United Kingdom

If I could leave a zero star I would. Understaffed and overworked staff who should have been cleaning up between customers not only missed the huge tea stains covering the table, they also managed to not notice some idiot had discarded a used diabetic insulin needle on one of the chairs. Fortunately I checked before sitting my two year old down on that same chair. Tesco's customer service response? Tesco Café is a franchise and nothing to do with the store. Café manager absent of course. Rediculous. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Popped in for quick breakfast and was forgotten about. When finally arrived was burnt and a tiny spread of avocado on toast. No apologies offered.
