Ihop - Eliazabeth City

I’ve DoorDashed IHOP a few times recently, and they have done quite well with my orders. This morning I had a little card for new management on my box and again, the food was cooked well. However, I would like to let them know that they should check DoorDash orders a little more because this is the first day that my order was incorrect. I spent the additional cost to upgrade my pancakes to New York cheesecake, and they were regular pancakes. Just want to try to help out for future orders so that you maintain good reviews~!

I’m not sure who the cook was on this day 3/31/24 but that person definitely need more training or under pressure due to it being Easter. My food was ice cold especially my eggs, eggs wasn’t cooked properly egg whites was runny. These aren’t IHOP pancakes, tasted horrible. Bacon was perfect

Food was good Tynasia (Nae) was a very friendly pleasant waitress always smiling attentive. Marcus was very friendly as always when he cleaned our table.

Been twice in the last month and both times waited over an hour before deciding to have them box the food to go...place has not given me a good experience since 2020.

A very disappointing experience. Both the food quality and service were poor.The biscuits were undercooked, the gravy was oversalted. When our breakfast arrived the meat and hash browns were both cold my husband's eggs were undercooked.My meal was remade, while the meat potatoes were hot that time, the eggs were overcooked.I had to get up and go locate our server who was huddled in the other side of the restaurant with other staff (and never checked on our table to see if our meal was made correctly) to request a manager.The manager indicated the server was new (5 days). While some of the missteps could be attributed to newness, most were due to lack of effective training.By day 5 a server *should* at a minimum know to check on their customers after food is delivered to the table, get the drink order correct for 3 people (2 coffee, 1 HC 1 water)? and ensure there is sugar on the table.New servers work with a *training buddy* if they are not yet competent enough to perform basic tasks, they should not be released to work independently.
